And while its getting warmer, I often crave dishes on the lighter, fresher side.

Asparagus, Kale and Tomato Pasta
- Asparagus, cherry tomatoes and kale
- Garlic; the more the better
- freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
- whole wheat pasta
Buffalo Mozzarella & Tomato on a Baguette
Olive oil, sea salt and pepper to taste.
