summer munchies

It's toasty outside, finally.  
And while its getting warmer, I often crave dishes on the lighter, fresher side.

Last night's dinner and today's lunch. Yummo.

Asparagus, Kale and Tomato Pasta


  • Asparagus, cherry tomatoes and kale
  • Garlic; the more the better
  • freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
  • whole wheat pasta
 

Buffalo Mozzarella & Tomato on a Baguette


Olive oil, sea salt and pepper to taste.
